The European Union authorizes the market to market 3-fucosyllactose as a new food product
According to the official journal of the European Union, on January 5, 2023, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) 2023/52, approving 3-fucosyllactose (3-fucosyllactose) as a new food product in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council. and amend the Annex to Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2470.
