On August 18th, Nestlé announced that its subsidiary Nestle Health Science will acquire IM HealthScience, a US manufacturer of medical food and dietary supplements, and its brands IBgard®, FDgard®, Fiber Choice® and REMfresh®.
Greg Behar, Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Health Sciences, said: "IMH's products provide reliable solutions for dietary management of specific digestive problems.
