KOSE CORP SIGNS ADVERTISING CONTRACT WITH MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL STAR SHOHEI OHTANI
THE WHAT? Kose Corp has signed a global advertising contract with Major League Baseball star Shohei Ohtani, who will become the ‘face’ of the company this month.
THE DETAILS Ohtani, a two-way star for the Los Angeles Angels, will feature in brand advertisements for its sunscreen and lotions.
THE WHY? Kose is said to be focusing on a ‘3G’ concept; global, gender and generation, with Ohtani deemed to fit the image the company is looking for.
Speaking during a photo shoot for the company, Ohtani said: “Both sports and beauty care are essential for people to stay fun and healthy, and something that enhances everyday lives.”
