Wanhua Chemical Textile waterborne acrylic and polyurethane emulsion will increase prices
On January 17, Wanhua Chemical Surface Materials Division issued a price increase notice, adjusting the price of water-based products in the direction of textile adhesives, of which acrylic emulsion (PA emulsion) was raised by 500 CNY/ton; 50% polyurethane emulsion (PU emulsion) products with more than 50% solid content will be increased by 1000-1500 CNY/ton; Other solid PU emulsion products are increased by 500-1000 CNY/ton. The above price adjustment is effective from February 1, 2023.
Wanhua Chemical said that the reason for this price increase is mainly affected by the supply and demand of upstream raw materials, and the double increase in raw material costs and manufacturing costs.
