With an investment of 9 million yuan, Rongxin Chemical plans to build an olefin project
On February 2, Inner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Rongxin Chemical) 1,80 tons/year olefin project environmental impact assessment document approval opinions were publicized.
With a total investment of 9 million yuan, the project mainly uses the existing first phase project of 83,90 tons/year of methanol and purchased part of methanol to provide raw materials for the 80,80 tons/year olefin project. The main works of the project include the construction of a new methanol to 40,40 tons/year olefin plant, a new 1,5 tons/year polyethylene plant, a 1,5 tons/year polypropylene plant, a <>,<> tons/year <>-butene plant, a <>,<> tons/year steam cracking plant, and the public works mainly include water supply and drainage, steam supply engineering, heating engineering, as well as new supporting storage and transportation, public works and auxiliary production facilities.
It is understood that the project is located on the south side of the existing plant of Rongxin Chemical, which can enhance the company's ability to resist risks and improve the company's economic benefits after completion. At the same time, it is of great significance for the country to promote the diversification of raw materials in the olefin industry and ensure the guarantee of basic raw materials.
