ADM Newly Launches Organized Wheat Protein and Pea Protein

Recently, ADM announced the launch of its Organized Wheat and Pea Protein product, which is claimed to improve the organization and density of meat alternatives.


Arcon T Organized Pea Protein is available in two forms: a mixture of pea protein and chickpeas, and a mixture of pea protein and navy beans. ADM says the new pea protein is suitable for allergen-free products and offers improved hydration properties with less off-odour and lighter colour.


Prolite MeatTEX Organized Wheat Protein and Prolite MeatXT Unorganized Wheat Protein enhance the texture and taste of meat and seafood alternatives, while ADM says the new wheat proteins have a pure taste and lighter color, with faster water absorption and hydration, which improves processing efficiency and product reliability.
