IMCD Opens Application Labs in Indonesia and Malaysia

Dutch speciality chemicals distributor, IMCD, expanded its technical capabilities in Asia with the addition of two coatings & construction laboratories; one in Tangerang, Indonesia and one in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. “The primary focus of the new laboratories will be to support customers and suppliers, offering formulation guidance, innovative solutions to overcome technical challenges and product performance testing. The laboratories are fully equipped with the necessary apparatus for testing and formulation development,” the company informed. These new facilities join IMCD’s existing international network of laboratories for the coatings & construction, personal care, lubricants, home care and I&I, food & nutrition and pharmaceutical business groups. IMCD now runs 39 laboratories across all continents where it operates.
