In 2022 Chantgroup’s net profit attributable to the equity holders increased by 5.56% year-on-year
Chantgroup announced on April 11, 2022,the company achieved a revenue of 4.244 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of12.72%; The net profit of returning to the equity holders was 262 million yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 5.56%;Non-net profit was 254 million yuan, up 5.35% year on year.
Chantgroup said that in the face of the complex and changeable pesticide market in 2022, the product price fluctuates.The sales department pays close attention to the market demand, timely adjuststhe product price according to the domestic and international market conditions as well as the price trend of materials and energy, proactively visits customers, grabs orders, makes reasonable arrangements for delivery and payment, and maintains stable growth of the main business.Among them, the export business achieved sales of 275,512400 yuan in 2022, witha year-on-year growth of 32.92%, and the international market share continuedto increase.
In 2022, the company will make every effortto promote the construction of convertible bond raising projects and Chantgroup Hubei production base project,adhere to high starting point planning, high standard design, high quality construction, strengthen the safety management of site construction, pay attention to construction details, and strictly control the quality of theproject. Chantgroup Hubeiproduction base's annual output of 10,000 tons of 6-Ethyl-o-toluidine , 2,000 tons of Cyhalothrin and 600 tons of Fipronilhave been put into production.The project with an annual output of 3,000 tons of Thiamethoxam and the project with an annual output of 10,000 tons of
s-metolachlor have been put into trial production;The annual output of 1000 tons of Bifenthrin technical project is in the stage of equipment installation.The convertible bond investment project and the completion and operation of Chantgroup Hubei production base provide agood guarantee for the growth of the company's future performance.
