Insecticides (India) launches patented insecticide TURNER (Thiamethoxam + Bifenthrin)
The Indian Insecticides (IIL) has launched a new generation of patented insecticides TURNER (Thiamethoxam 0.4%+ Bifenthrin 0.8%GB) aimed at providing local growers with an effective new option for white grub and termite control.
Turner is an innovative broad-spectrum insecticide with two active ingredients, Thiamethoxam + Bifenthrin, that protects crops from white grubs and termites. The product has the triple effect of touch, stomach toxicity and insect repellent, making it a long-lasting solution.
Insecticides of India (IIL) said the company is committed to introducing the latest global technologies and introducing novel and sustainable solutions. Turner is a breakthrough technology that promises a leap forward in pest management. The company believes Turner will help farmers achieve higher yields through superior protection.
Thiamethoxam + Bifenthrin is the mainstream compound product of insecticides, which combines the broad-spectrum rapid action of pyrethroids with the high-efficiency persistence of neonicotinoids. Pyrethroids belong to class 3A of sodium ion channel modulators, which are nerve formulation that destroy axon ion channels and affect nerve function. Thiamethoxam belongs to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) agonist class 4A, which mainly acts on the posterior membrane of insect nerve junction. By binding with acetylcholine receptor, Thiamethoxam interferes with the normal conduction of insect nervous system, causing blockage of nerve channel, resulting in a large amount of acetylcholine accumulation, thus making insects abnormally excited, convulsive, paralyzed and die.
