 Jiangsu Chunjiang Runtian recently completed the capital increase, the registered capital expanded from 126 million yuan to 257 million yuan, and the major shareholders also changed from Jiangsu Chunjiang to Anhui Huaxing Chemical

Chunjiang Runtian is a well-known pesticide manufacturer in Jiangsu Province. According to the company's official website, the company covers an area of 250 mu and has total assets of 360 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, promotion and service of pesticides and pesticide intermediates. The main products include Beta cypermethrin, Bifenthrin, Fenvalerate, Cyfluthrin and fentin acetate. The total output value can reach 650 million yuan.

Chunjiang Runtian, formerly known as Jiangsu Chunjiang Agrochemical, was founded in 1998. It is a designated enterprise for pesticide production approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and has the right to import and export. Since 2011, it has been one of the "Top 100 pesticide enterprises in China", the products sell well throughout the country, and has entered India, Turkey, Russia, the United States, Israel, Brazil, Mexico and other international markets, and will develop new markets in the fields of pesticide herbicides, bactericides, pharmaceutical intermediates, and strive to reach 1.5 billion in five years.
