Red Sun announced on April 28, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Huazhou Pharmaceutical recently signed the "strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Sino-Agri. Huazhou Pharmaceutical promises to supply 97% Chlorantraniliprole in 2023 no less than 1000 tons. If the actual purchase quantity of Sino-Agri exceeds 20% of the planned quantity, Huazhou Pharmaceutical shall try its best to meet its actual demand.
