CNYDA :The project of 1,000 t/a Imazapyr acid and 3,000 t/a pesticide intermediates is piloted
On June 8, CNYDA announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary CNYDA Liaoning’s 1,000 t/a Imazapyr, 3,000 t/a pesticide intermediates project" has now completed the main construction of the project and equipment installation, has officially entered the pilot production stage.
After the completion of this project, the production capacity of Imazapyr will be significantly improved, which is conducive to optimizing the regional production layout of the company's products, further enhancing the scale advantage of the company's products, and helping to consolidate and expand the company's market share and market position in the field of Imazamox herbicides, which is in line with the company's medium and long-term development plan.
In the announcement, the company said that given that the project has only entered the trial production stage, it will take some time from trial production to large-scale production and the release of production capacity. In the preliminary trial production stage, the stability of the project production equipment and product quality needs to be continuously observed. In the future, there may be potential risks such as changes in the market environment, intensifying competition, fluctuations in product sales prices, and fluctuations in raw material prices.
This pesticide project built by Liaoning Xianda Agricultural Science in the integrated industrial Park of Huludao Economic Development Zone according to the actual development needs of enterprises. The investment of the project is 57.103 million yuan, and the construction content includes 1 PDE/MPDE production line and 1 Imazapyr production line. The PDE/MPDE production line is mainly used to produce PDE and MPDE, with an annual output of 2597t and 790t, respectively. Imazapyr production line is mainly used for the production of Imazapyr, with an annual output of 1000t.
Liaoning CNYDA is located at No. 417 Hanjiang Road, Integrated Industrial Park, Huludao Economic Development Zone, Liaoning Province. Founded in October 2017, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong CNYDA . Shandong CNYDA founded in 1998, is a national pesticide production designated enterprises, national high-tech enterprises, belongs to the export-oriented, scientific and technological enterprises, the company's main products are Clethodim, Clomazone, Imazamox herbicides and fungicide Dimethomorph.
