AMVAC and ExcelAg will collaborate to provide biological

AMVAC and ExcelAg Corp USA® (ExcelAg) have announced a new distribution agreement that will see the two companies collaborate to bring new and existing biological solutions to Central America and the Dominican Republic, beginning in 2023.

The agreement will leverage the complementary strengths of both companies in marketing, logistics and technology, as well as the combined technical resources of both companies, to expand the distribution of bioproducts. The partnership will also accelerate AMVAC's expanding Amgreen bioproduct portfolio and facilitate ExcelAg's greater market penetration in the Central American region and the Dominican Republic.

AMVAC will leverage its deep market access, strong sales force, and growing Amgreen product portfolio. In Latin America, AMVAC's Amgreen solutions now exceed 15% of total revenue, a milestone for the region and the company.

ExcelAg brings to its partners its extensive portfolio of unique biological products, research and development capabilities, and its current product offering, which includes a range of plant protection solutions for a wide variety of crops in Latin America, which play an important role in meeting crop quality and harvest requirements while ensuring compliance with increasingly stringent export market requirements. The use of synthetic chemicals will be reduced and harmful residues avoided.
