Keshun Waterproof Tech has obtained a new invention patent authorization. The patent is called "Polyurethane modified epoxy resin oil-in-water emulsion and its preparation method and coating". The patent application number is CN202211091338.3, and the authorization date is November 28, 2023.
Patent abstract: This application provides a polyurethane-modified epoxy resin oil-in-water emulsion and its preparation method and coating. The polyurethane-modified epoxy resin oil-in-water emulsion has an oil phase including: polyurethane-modified epoxy resin: 50 parts by mass, Emulsifier: 1 to 10 parts by mass, Wherein, the polyurethane modified epoxy resin is prepared by reacting bisphenol A solid epoxy resin, bisphenol A liquid epoxy resin and isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer under the conditions of a urethanization reaction catalyst. The polyurethane-modified epoxy resin oil-in-water emulsion provided by this application has good stability and a simple preparation method. The water-based epoxy anti-corrosion coating obtained by combining it with conventional fillers, functional additives and curing agents has good corrosion resistance and flexibility.
Keshun Waterproof Tech has obtained 47 new patent authorizations this year, a decrease of 21.67% compared with the same period last year. Based on the company's 2023 interim financial data, the company invested 162 million yuan in research and development in the first half of this year, a year-on-year increase of 11.38%.
