The price increase of BASF's North American care chemicals involves these varieties/brands!

BASF announced that it will increase the price of some care chemicals in the North American market, effective April 1st, subject to the contract/price agreement.

Products that need to be adjusted include: alkaneamide, alkyl polyglucoside, betaine, block copolymer, fatty alcohol, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, IP ester, octylphenol ethoxylate, Polyethylene Glycol, Polyethylene glycol, stabilizer and sulfate product series, as well as specialty raw materials for personal care containing Lauric acid and Castor Oil. BASF said that due to rising raw material costs, the company had to take measures to increase prices.

The price adjustment products involve BASF's brands: Agnique, Cetio, Comperlan, Cremophor, Cutina, Dehydol, Dehypon, Dehyton, Disponil, Emulgade, Eumulgin, Euperlan, Glucapon, Industrol DF, Inoterra, Lanette, Lamesoft, Lantrol, Larostat, Lutensol, Mac Mapeg, Mazol, Monomuls, Myritol, Plantacare, Plantapon, Plantaren, Plurafac, Pluriol, Pluronic L/P/F/R series, Poloxalene AG/AJ, Tetronic, S-Maz, Standapol, Texapon, Tinogard, TMaz, Trilon and Tryfac .
