Dow: The Texas cracker is expected to resume operation at the end of April

According to news from ICIS New York on March 16, the Chief Financial Officer of Dow Chemical said on March 16 that it is expected that by the end of March, the operating rate of the cracker in Texas, the United States, will increase to 80%, and it will be fully restored by the end of April. He said: "In general, I want to say that we expect that by the end of March, our asset utilization rate in Texas will reach 80%, and full production will resume at some point before the end of April."
