IFF launches anti-aging amylase in China for sweet baked products
On March 17, IFF announced the launch of POWERFresh™ and POWERSoft™ enzyme preparations in China. These products belong to the Danisco® series of food ingredient solutions and are now part of the IFF product portfolio. POWERFresh™ and POWERSoft™ enzyme preparations provide improver companies and industrial bakery companies with excellent anti-aging solutions. They have higher sugar tolerance. The cakes and sweet breads made are particularly soft and lasting fresh, while maintaining the ideal shape. And volume.
