Shandong Binong’s 200 t/a pyroxasulfon and other pesticides pilot project acceptance publicity

Recently, Shandong Binong’s 200 tons/year pesticide technical pilot project in the relevant website acceptance publicity.

In accordance with the "Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Project completion" (National Environmental Regulation EIA [2017] No. 4), the acceptance institution is now publicly publicized the commissioning information of environmental protection facilities of Shandong Binong’s 200 tons/year pesticide pilot project supporting construction, commissioning starts and ends from July 29, 2024 to August 31, 2024.

The acceptance project is located in the existing factory of Binong Company, and the main construction is a 100 t/a PDSH pilot device and a 100 t/a Pyroxasulfon pilot device. Among them, the 100 t/a PDSH pilot device is located in the west factory of Binong Company, which mainly uses the main frame of the existing workshop XI. a set of 1000t/a Fomesafen device in the existing workshop was dismantled, and a new set of 100 tons/year PDSH pilot plant was built at its location according to the pilot test requirements, and the name of Workshop XI was changed to Workshop VII, and the warehouse was dependent on the workshop raw material warehouse in the West factory;

The 100 t/a s Pyroxasulfon pilot plant is located in the east factory of Binong Company. The main frame of the existing workshop 4 is mainly used to dismantle 1 set of 1600t/a Alachlor device and 1 set of 1200t/a Butachlor device in the existing workshop, and a new 100 tons/year Pyroxasulfon pilot plant is built in its location according to the pilot test requirements. And change the name of this workshop to the fifth workshop, the warehouse relies on the existing raw material warehouse of the fourth workshop, and the rest of the water supply, wind supply, heating, cold brine, circulating cooling water, fire water system and other public auxiliary projects rely on the existing factory.

Fenghuang Road is divided into east and west two factory areas. Shandong Binong now has herbicides, insecticides, fungicides three types of pesticides, with more than 30 kinds of synthetic pesticide varieties, formulation processing varieties of more than 100 production capacity.
