DCM Shriram commissions flex-fuel flaker plant at Jhagadia
DCM Shriram has commissioned a 300 tonne per day flex-fuel flaker plant at its Jhagadia Chemical Park in Bharuch, Gujarat.
According to the company, the second flake press of the same brand and capacity is also in the final stages of completion and is expected to be commissioned by the next quarter.
The state-of-the-art plant offers multiple fuel options due to its flex-fuel nature, thus always offering greater sustainability and efficiency considerations. The additional flake press capacity will enable DCM’s chemicals business to reach distant markets, especially through exports.
