The new coatings application center will drive the development of new coatings technologies, reduce response time, and accelerate the evaluation of innovations to the market.

The coatings application center in Bridgewater will prioritize architectural decorative coatings, focusing on product development, enhancing application performance, and accelerating time to market.

The center will serve as a technical support center for Nouryon’s customer base by developing innovative additive solutions that can be used to optimize coatings formulations. The center will complement the company’s product portfolio, which includes Bermocoll and Alcogum rheology modifiers and Alcosperse dispersants. Nouryon will focus its application science on improving the balance of properties in paints and coatings, optimizing cost-effectiveness and meeting customers’ sustainability goals.
