Coty Enters Beauty Market with Long-Term Agreement with Swarovski
Coty, one of the world’s largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of fragrances, color cosmetics, skin and body care, has joined forces with Swarovski, the world-renowned crystal brand, to announce a long-term beauty licensing agreement with the opportunity to develop, produce and distribute new fragrance concepts.
This agreement marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration between the two parties, with a shared focus on creativity and innovation. This collaboration comes as Coty continues to enhance and diversify its portfolio, bringing new products, brands and innovations to the forefront.
The new partnership also solidifies Coty’s reputation as the partner of choice for global brands looking to create or enhance their beauty portfolios.
Swarovski’s crystal business is present in more than 140 countries around the world, with 2,300 Swarovski boutiques and complemented by select multi-brand partners. The new partnership allows Swarovski to increase its brand presence and visibility in the beauty market and diversify its offerings. In addition, it will bring its unique essence of popular luxury and pleasant luxury to the beauty industry, creating luxurious products that highlight individuality.

The first product under the license agreement is expected to be launched in 2026.
