Berlin Packaging Acquires Cosmei, Expands into Beauty
Berlin Packaging continues to expand and strengthen its beauty and cosmetics portfolio with the acquisition of Cosmei, an Italian company known for its agile, design-driven approach.
Founded by Michele Cicchetti and headquartered in Bagno Loremasco, Italy’s Cosmetics Valley, Cosmei occupies a unique position in the indie, premium and mass luxury segments.
In addition to its Italian headquarters, Cosmei has a sourcing office in Guangzhou, China, building strategic relationships with key partners in the region.
“Cosmei is a young and dynamic company that has carved out a niche in the market with its unique and passionate approach to packaging design and development,” said company founder Michele Cicchetti. “The partnership with Berlin Packaging will allow us to grow our capabilities and bring greater value to the global beauty and cosmetics market.”
Berlin Packaging offers glass, plastic and metal containers, closure solutions and design services.
