2. Market Analysis
In July, the titanium dioxide market prices in China declined. Upstream raw materials, such as titanium concentrate, operated weakly, and sulfuric acid prices fell. The downstream market is in the off-season, with low enthusiasm from factories and traders for purchasing, leading to high inventory levels among manufacturers and significant pressure on sales. More than 20 companies have implemented varying degrees of production cuts or shutdowns this month. Overall, the titanium dioxide market prices are mainly operating at a low and weak level. As of now, the quotations for sulfate process rutile titanium dioxide in China mostly range between 14,400 - 18,000 CNY/ton; while anatase type ranges around 13,300-13,500 CNY/ton. The market for titanium dioxide is generally holding a wait-and-see attitude, with flexible trading, and actual transaction prices are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

III. Future Market Forecast
Titanium dioxide analysts believe: Currently, the demand for titanium dioxide in China is weak, and manufacturers are under dual pressures of shipping and costs, making new orders challenging. More attention should be paid to the plans of leading enterprises for next month. It is expected that the titanium dioxide market will mainly operate with a weak stability in the short term.
