What is the nutritional value of the 'sky-high price' Jiabao fruit?

Recently, a kind of fruit which looks like grapes but is not the "sky-high price" of grapes has been painted on the screen. It can be sold at 100 yuan per kilogram in off-season, even 500 yuan per kilogram at the highest, and even the price of saplings ranges from 30 yuan to 800 yuan. What kind of fruit is Garbo? Where does it come from? Recently, Chen Jiang, an associate professor at the School of Pharmacy, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, introduced the fruit to reporters.
"It can only blossom and bear fruit once or twice a year in the wild. When the cultivation and management are appropriate and the growth conditions are good, they can often blossom and fresh fruits can be obtained throughout the year. Chen Jiang said that the fruit of Jiabao fruit is berry, similar to grapes. Its purple skin is thicker and its flesh is white and sweet. There are 1 to 4 large seeds embedded in the flesh.
He said that Jiabao fruit originated in South America and was successfully planted in Fujian, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Sichuan, Hubei, Guangxi, Jiangsu and Yunnan. It likes warm and humid climate, and has a wide range of adaptability. It can tolerate sandy soil or fertile topsoil, but not saline soil or salt fog. It can tolerate mild drought, but its yield will decrease. Irrigation is needed in long-term drought or severe drought. "It is known that there are nine natural populations of Garbo fruit, among which Garbo fruit, Garbo fruit and Garbo fruit with long handle are the most widely distributed. In the process of selection and Cultivation for many years, there are also many varieties of Garbo fruit."
Nutritional components are closest to grape planting area, and it is expected to "step down the altar"
Chen Jiang said that according to the current data, Jiabao fruit contains a variety of nutrients and vitamins and trace elements. Some studies have reported that the contents of protein, sugar, fat and fiber are 1.70, 126.40, 0.40 and 0.70 mg/g, respectively. The contents of VB2 and VC were 0.0019, 0.2167 mg/g and zinc 0.0033 mg/g, respectively. The contents of these nutrients are at a high level. The results of correlation analysis between Jiabao fruit and other fruits showed that the nutritional components of Jiabao fruit and grape were the closest. Chen Jiang said that from the biological characteristics of Jiabao fruit, Jiabao fruit is nothing more than the fruit growing on the trunk. Compared with other fruits, only individual nutrient content is higher, and its cultivation difficulty is not harsh. "From the production and planting point of view, its seeds can reproduce well, as long as the cultivation and management is appropriate, it can produce more than one year and yield is larger." Chen Jiang said that at present, the main methods of cultivation and propagation of Jiabao fruit are seed propagation, grafting and cutting. Among them, seed propagation is the main reproductive method of Jiabao fruit at present. Generally, the peel is crushed and the seeds are extruded. After 1 to 2 days, the flesh will be acidified and rotten. Then the flesh will be washed out with clean water, and the seeds can be sown. "At present, the method of grafting is also widely used in China. Grafted Jiabao fruit can bear fruit within five years, while seed trees may need 10 to 20 years to bear fruit. In the past, the rooting rate of Jiabao fruit planted by cuttage method was more difficult, but it has been solved. The rooting rate of NAA (naphthalene acetic acid) can reach more than 90% by semi-hard cuttings (2 segments and 4 leaves).
