Tragedy-after-the-explosion-of-Xiangshui-Chemical-Industry

Since the Yancheng government decided to completely close the Xiangshui Chemical Industry Park, a thousand waves have been stirred up in the national chemical industry, which has made many chemical enterprise managers unable to sleep at night and eat every day. At present, although the closing rules of Xiangshui Chemical Park have not been determined, some chemical enterprises have already taken actions to deal with it, and initiated measures such as staff diversion. Many employees have been diverted to subsidiaries in other areas. Although this may cause some inconvenience in their lives, they have managed to keep their jobs and support their families. Others are not so lucky. Jiangsu Huacong Dahe Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Huacong") located in Xiangshui Chemical Park is a supporting enterprise of Xiangshui Chemical Park. It mainly produces and sells sodium hydroxide solution, hydrochloric acid, Aniline, Nitrobenzene, bleaching powder, chloroacetic acid, Sulfuric Acid and other products. Regarding the "closure" issue, the relevant responsible person of Jiangsu Huazhan did not dispute it. He said, "We are also waiting for a unified response from the government" or "waiting for official information". Jiangsu Huaguan employees said they had been notified of their vacation, but were still three months in arrears in wages and social security. The total amount of personal arrears was as high as 10,000 yuan. Many workers are worried about their future work and life. Pang, general manager of Huacong, Jiangsu Province, said that there are actually more than 200 people in the factory. At present, they have raised funds to solve the wage problem of the workers. Later, the unpaid workers are paid uniformly. But he said it was unclear how the factory would be located in the future. It is reported that listed company Aerospace Information (600271.SH) indirectly holds 6.73% of Jiangsu Huacong shares, due to the impact of the explosion, Aerospace Information fell 1.9% on the 22nd. In addition to employee's salary arrears, the "3.21" explosion accident also brought great tragedy to enterprises in Xiangshui Chemical Industry Park. On the one hand, the closure of Xiangshui Chemical Industrial Park has accelerated the extinction of many irregular enterprises in production, environmental protection and other aspects. On the other hand, the accident has had a tremendous impact on the local production environment and ecology, and has also brought enormous economic losses to the surrounding enterprises. According to the Paint Purchasing Network, some enterprises only recently rented some factories in Xiangshui Chemical Industry Park at a huge sum of money to prepare for construction and production. Nevertheless, it was unexpected that before they started their work, an explosion had disrupted their planning, and a large amount of expenditure and energy invested in the early stage had been wasted. For these enterprises preparing to enter the Xiangshui Chemical Industry Park, it is a disaster, they are burdened with millions or even tens of millions of debts, really want to cry without tears. Regardless of the follow-up of these enterprises, the "3.21" accident will be an indelible violent attack in the history of their development, causing them a heavy blow.
