Titanium concentrate Market weakened (4.15-4.19)

The price market of titanium concentrate in Panxi fell slightly this week. Because of the frequent occurrence of some accidents and the eastward shift of the focus of strict environmental protection inspection, the pressure in Panxi area has been reduced compared with the same period last year, the rate of start-up of miners has increased substantially, the market supply has increased, and the demand for medium-sized mines has increased. In addition, large-scale miners are reluctant to sell iron ore, and the supply of medium-sized mines is tight, so the price is slightly higher. However, the main downstream titanium dioxide trading atmosphere became stable, the supply of titanium concentrate increased, the miners'willingness to ship was strong, some miners' prices loosened, and the trading atmosphere was not good. At present, the price of 38-grade and above titanium concentrate in Panxi is 720-750 CNY/ton, while that of 46-grade and 10-grade titanium concentrate for small and medium-sized miners is 1150-1170 CNY/ton. Yan Titanium industry analyst Yang Xun believes that the supply of imported minerals is still tight, which has a good support for the price of climbing. If the rate of titanium concentrate start-up is not controlled, the price of titanium concentrate will weaken.
