Pomfret has broken down to a hundred

From May 1, Zhejiang will usher in another four and a half months' fishing ban. For many Zhejiang residents who are accustomed to seafood, it is inevitable that they will suffer from not being able to eat the familiar fresh seafood for such a long time. At this time of year, Mr. Chen of Wenzhou has the habit of hoarding seafood. He found that before the fishing ban came this year, the prices of all kinds of fresh seafood fish increased by 3-50% compared with previous years. On the other hand, in many fish wholesale markets in the province, there has been a rush to buy fish almost at the same time. A seafood distributor in Putuo District, Zhoushan City, told reporters that the people who used to like seafood basically bought it from the farmers'market and then hoarded it in their refrigerators. However, this year, customers went directly to the seafood wholesale market in coastal cities to let the distributors "hoard it on their behalf" in the cold storage. "In their opinion, the frozen seafood in a more professional large freezer is more fresh than the refrigerator in their home."
"In March of summer, Chuanze does not enter the net to grow up as a fish and turtle." The ancient precepts of keeping ecological balance have existed for thousands of years. Since two years ago, according to the regulations of the adjustment of the fishing suspension system of the Ministry of Agriculture, the fishing suspension period has been extended to 1 May. This is also the longest period of fishing suspension since 1995, when the system of fishing suspension was implemented in the offshore season. "It used to be a three-and-a-half-month fishing ban, but now it has been extended all at once, and it's really not used to it." Yesterday, Mr. Zhang, who bought seafood at the farmer's market of Pingfeng Street in Hangzhou, said that he would come to buy some seafood every day these days for fear that he would not be able to eat it in a few days.
However, Mr. Zhang also thought about it and hoarded it at home these days. For this reason, he also specially spent hundreds of yuan to buy a small freezer, "taking advantage of these days of low prices, in the freezer to store seafood, for the next long months to prepare."
Mr. Zhang said that more and more people around him had the same ideas. "The seafood market these days is one price a day, and much more expensive than in previous years. For example, a few days ago, the bigger hairtail was about 20 yuan per kilogram, which has risen to more than 30 yuan per kilogram these days; the pomfret with slightly better quality was over 100 yuan per kilogram; and the price of small yellow croaker is now over 40 yuan. Mr. Zhang said that these kinds of fish are clearly prohibited from fishing during the prohibited fishing period, "even in the market can not be sold, so it has become a necessary stock when stockpiling." The owner of the seafood stall in Pingfeng Street Agricultural Market said that the rising price of seafood in the market this year was related to the fewer seafood fishes recently. She even found that because of the increasing popularity of the "hoarding tide", some people even went directly to the seafood wholesale markets such as Zhoushan and Ningbo to sweep the goods, which made it difficult for her to get high-quality seafood for more than ten years. "Seafood is in short supply at this time, especially in good quality. The price of seafood is rising naturally." The seafood stall owner said.
Ningbo Lulin market large aquatic wholesale market officials said that the fishing suspension has been extended for the past two years, many people have become accustomed to the extension of this seafood-less day. "In our view, the supply of seafood on the market is comparable to the previous year." It will tend to be stable, but there must be fewer varieties and higher prices will be inevitable.
"In recent years, fewer fish have been caught, labor costs have risen, and seafood prices have risen almost every year, which is a major trend." The person in charge said.
Until May, seafood on the market is mainly protected by frozen food. However, new knowledge has emerged on how to sell frozen seafood. At a seafood processing plant in Putuo, Zhoushan, called Boji Mini, they recently rented a 200-square-meter cold storage for more than 30,000 yuan to "store" fresh seafood for their old customers. "The cold storage we contracted uses ultra-low temperature liquid quick freezing." Zhou Chengjia, the factory owner, said that fresh seafood frozen in their freezer would taste much better in two or three months than ice in their own refrigerator.
Zhou Chengjia said that the basic reason for subletting their refrigerators is the old customers who ordered dried seafood in their factories. "We don't charge a high fee either. We charge a certain fee according to different kinds, about 3-5 yuan per kilogram per month." Zhou Chengjia said that, in fact, so far, their cold storage has been reserved for 3000 kilograms of frozen seafood, many customers said that according to such rates, the frozen products on the market are still much cheaper, and the taste is very good. In Zhou Chengjia's opinion, helping old customers to stock seafood can increase sales, maintain customer relationship and maintain "viscosity" for future business.
Qian Bao reporter learned from the insiders that according to the current market situation, at least 10,000 tons of frozen products have been stored, including common hairtail, pomfret, small yellow croaker, small mermaid, mackerel, rubber fish and frozen crab... Although there are some differences in taste, it may be the largest stock in recent years.
