China's capital market for property rights trading topped 10 trillion yuan

China's property rights trading capital market has developed rapidly in recent years, and the transaction scale has increased year by year. In 2018, the trade volume of the industry increased by 56.9% over the previous year, reaching 12.39 trillion yuan, breaking through the 100 billion yuan mark for the first time.
This is the information learned by the reporter at the Forum on Innovation and Development of China's Property Rights Trading Capital Market held on 29 th. As an integral part of China's multi-level capital market, property rights market is an important part of modern property rights system and an important platform for market-oriented allocation of factors. It promotes the reform of state-owned enterprises and serves the development of real economy, especially in providing non-listed enterprises with non-standardized rights and interests transfer and financing services. It has a unique function. Xiao Zhongren, secretary-general of China Enterprise Association of State-owned Property Rights Trading Institutions (CAPI), introduced at the forum that the total amount of transactions in China's property rights trading industry from 2012 to 2018 reached 38.32 trillion yuan, of which 151,000 projects of state-owned property rights transfer were traded and the turnover was 1.8 trillion yuan. Since the promulgation and implementation of the Regulations on Supervision and Management of State-owned Assets Transactions in Enterprises in July 2016, the property rights trading capital market has helped state-owned enterprises and local state-owned enterprises to complete 1140 capital-raising projects, raising 458 billion yuan. It is worth noting that with the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises in recent years, property rights trading capital market has become an important platform for introducing social capital and promoting the mixed transformation of state-owned enterprises. Statistics show that the capital market of property rights transactions completed 1420 projects of mixed transformation last year, and introduced 232.8 billion yuan of social capital. The number and scale of transactions totally exceeded 2017.
Through the continuous promotion of function and product innovation, the current business of property rights trading industry covers 13 categories, such as enterprise property rights transfer, enterprise capital increase, asset transfer, other financing services and technology property rights transaction. From 2012 to 2018, a total of 2.19 trillion yuan of non-standardized financing was provided to all kinds of ownership enterprises to help private enterprises and middle-sized enterprises. The development of domestic rights trading capital market brings new opportunities and injects new impetus.
