Nandan: New Agricultural Management Subject Develops Vigorously

Since this year, Nandan County has intensified efforts to mobilize, encourage and guide farmers to set up cooperatives and family farms through the implementation of the "Party building + cultivating new agricultural management entities" action, so as to promote the development of characteristic industries and increase the income of the masses. By the end of June, 418 agricultural professional cooperatives and 69 family farms had been nurtured in the county, including 19 new agricultural professional cooperatives and 9 family farms.

According to the requirements of "seven norms" management and "five unification" services, the county has carried out the construction of demonstration cooperatives and demonstration family farms for farmers'cooperatives, further playing the radiation-driven role of demonstration cooperatives, leading the large-scale and standardized development of modern agriculture. From January to June, we will guide and recommend one farm-related enterprise to declare the key leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hechi City; organize and guide four farmer professional cooperatives to participate in the selection of demonstration farms at the autonomous and municipal levels; and recommend one family farm to participate in the selection of demonstration farms at the autonomous and municipal levels.

At present, there are 22 demonstration cooperatives at all levels in this county, including 2 state-level demonstration cooperatives, 11 autonomous region-level demonstration cooperatives and 9 municipal-level demonstration cooperatives. One family farm was awarded as a model family farm at the autonomous region level.
