Acomar chose Brenntag as the main distributor of waterborne resins in the US

It is understood that since August 1, 2019, Brenntag North America will become the main distributor of Acomar Waterborne Resin, which is sold under Encor, Celocor, Snap and Neocar brands.
These resins are used in a variety of products, including building and industrial coatings, adhesives, sealants, building products and traffic signs. Eric Kaiser, president of Acomar North American Coating Resin Business, said: "When we assessed potential North American distribution partners, we were impressed by Brenntag's ability to promote, deliver and support products in industries requiring technical expertise. They have the necessary resources and expertise to ensure that the end users get the best benefit from our water-based resin products. Specifically, Acomar studied Brenntag's national coverage, logistics and operational efficiency, digital marketing and technological capabilities. Through regional application laboratories and market-oriented vendors, Brenntag provides the resources needed to help formulation designers develop products according to existing specifications, and to support future technological collaboration and collaboration needs.
Therefore, since September 1, 2019, Univar Solutions (formerly Exeso Solutions) will no longer be the authorized distributor of these products.
Acomar and Brenntag will strive to transfer their accounts to new representatives before that. Eric Kaiser said: "We look forward to a smooth transition to Brenntag. We are working closely with all stakeholders to ensure that they receive quality products and support their specific formulations and business needs.
