According to the introduction, the non-coal mines that were explicitly closed this time included those that were ordered to stop production and rectify in accordance with the law because of potential dangers of major production safety accidents, those that failed to rectify or rectify within the time limit and still failed to meet the statutory safety production conditions; those that refused to implement safety supervision instructions, failed to complete the relevant procedures within the time limit, and the adjacent small-scale open pit mining.
