Beijing Energy Group terminates its strategic cooperation with Yongtai Group

Beijing Haohua Energy Co., Ltd. Announcement on the Termination of Strategic Cooperation between Beijing Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Yongtai Group Co., Ltd.
The Board of Directors and all the directors of the company guarantee that there is no false content of this announcement. Records, misleading statements or major omissions, and individual and joint liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of their contents.
Today, I received a notification from the controlling shareholder of Beijing Energy Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jingneng Group") that up to now, there has been no legally binding agreement between Jingneng Group and Yongtai Group on possible transactions. According to the agreement on cooperation, the agreement will come into force on the date of signature and seal of both parties. The term of validity is one year. Now the cooperation agreement has expired. Jingneng Group terminates its strategic cooperation with Yongtai Group.
