Daqing Petrochemical 1-hexene Entered Southeast Asia for the First Time

On May 24, the first batch of 105 tons of 1-hexene products exported by Daqing Petrochemical Company has been successfully delivered to customers. Li Yuchun, senior director of product price management at Daqing Petrochemical Planning Department, said: "1-hexene successfully entered the Southeast Asian market for the first time after leaving the factory for sale, which has far-reaching significance for Daqing Petrochemical to enhance its product competitiveness."

1-Hexene is an important comonomer for the production of high-performance high-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene, and an important raw material for the production of fine chemicals such as fragrances, dyes, plasticizers, surfactants, and fatty alcohols. The purity of Daqing Petrochemical's 1-hexene product is more than 99.46%, which is higher than the industry standard of 99.2%. The main technical indicators are better than similar products at home and abroad, and it is a competitive product for enterprises to improve quality and efficiency. For a long time, 1-hexene products are mainly used to meet the needs of plastic factories to develop multiple new grades of polyethylene products, and are used as auxiliary raw materials within enterprises.

Since the beginning of this year, Daqing Petrochemical has actively organized and investigated the domestic and foreign market demand for 1-hexene, and successfully developed downstream users with export strength. The planning department and the sales, storage and transportation center will dispatch business backbones to discuss product technical standards and prices with customers as soon as possible, sign sales contracts, and determine loading standards and delivery procedures.

1-Hexene products are transported by tank trucks. In order to ensure the safety of loading, Daqing Petrochemical Sales, Storage and Transportation Center actively coordinated with transportation units, repeatedly studied and improved supporting filling equipment, repeatedly confirmed the quality of the tank, and accurately corresponded to the loading crane position to meet the loading requirements of tank trucks. At the same time, strictly control the entry of vehicles, register and check the identity, origin, and nucleic acid test certificates of incoming transporters, disinfect the vehicle body, eliminate hidden risks, and build a strong epidemic prevention barrier.

While implementing various measures to prevent and control the epidemic, the employees on the post reviewed the bills in strict accordance with the relevant management regulations, checked the certificates of drivers, escorts and vehicle tanks, and ensured that the spare parts of the vehicles were complete and easy to use.

In order to ensure a smooth connection between production and sales, we have strengthened communication and coordination, and have now opened up the factory process."

In order to ensure that there is no pressure and no leakage during the filling process of the tanker, the employees on the post strictly control the filling amount, calibrate the accuracy of the batch controller, and ensure that the safe flow rate and the rated flow of the pump are not exceeded. Real-time monitoring of tank pressure, filling operations are carried out in two batches, and the implementation standards are strict, detailed and realistic. In addition, they also conduct uninterrupted on-site inspections through personnel rotation to ensure that hidden dangers are found and dealt with in a timely manner, ensuring that the filling process is safe and under control. After the filling is completed, the process is properly closed, the pressure in the pipe section between the valves is relieved, and the vehicle is allowed to stand still to eliminate the influence of static electricity, so as to prevent accidents.
