How to Promote Green Revitalization of Agricultural Industry

How to give full play to the role of science and technology in revitalizing agriculture and how to effectively promote the green revitalization of industry is undoubtedly a new proposition given to agricultural research institutes and scientific and technological personnel in the new era. As far as the overall development idea is concerned, it should be based on scientific and technological innovation to help rural science and technology entrepreneurship; supported by scientific and technological development of agriculture, to promote industrial green revitalization; to effectively guarantee food security, food safety and ecological security; to focus on improving land productivity, labor productivity, resource utilization, pollution prevention and control; and to improve and enhance the mechanization of operations, standardization of production and intelligent management. Developing high optimization, green industry, branding of products, diversification of functions, integration of three industries and sustainability of income increase; realizing the main objectives of strong agriculture, rich farmers and beautiful countryside.

Promoting quality and green agriculture through science and technology, we should focus on building high-quality production system, high-efficiency industrial system and high-value management system. In fact, to strengthen the role of science and technology in promoting agriculture, we need to pay attention to five important links: breeding of good varieties, matching of high-quality technology, application of advanced facilities, product processing and quality improvement, and development of various functions. To strengthen the green revitalization of industry, five key links should also be grasped: maintaining good ecology, strictly preventing and controlling pollution, soil quality conservation, organic combination of agriculture and animal husbandry, and waste recycling. It is self-evident that rural science and technology and industrial green revitalization are closely related, and they are intermingled, mutually reinforcing, mutually supporting and mutually matching, thus ensuring the realization of the goals of resource conservation, output improvement, environmental friendliness and income increase and wealth. As far as the development countermeasures are concerned, we should focus on five aspects:

Optimizing the green development pattern of agriculture. How to implement the major deployment of national food security and guarantee supply, first of all, we should pay attention to the construction and improvement of the "three agricultural areas", namely, the functional areas of grain production, important agricultural production protection areas, characteristics and high-quality agricultural production areas. Food production function zones, that is, to examine the development of planting industry from the strategic perspective of ensuring food security, delimit 900 million mu wheat and maize production zones, focus on and effectively guarantee the supply of rations, and firmly hold the Chinese people's own jobs. Important agricultural product production protection zones are defined according to the characteristics of soybean, cotton, rape, natural rubber and other products to meet the needs of people's life and economic development. The characteristic and high-quality agricultural product production zones should give full play to the advantages of different regions and ecological zones, and create the competitive advantages of characteristic agriculture according to local conditions and circumstances.

Secondly, we should pay attention to the construction of "demonstration park". That is, we should construct the construction system of modern agricultural science and technology demonstration park, agricultural sustainable development demonstration zone and modern green agricultural industrial park in different categories, and use it as a model base and an important grasp to promote the construction of "three agricultural districts". We should form a new pattern of agricultural green development in an all-round way, and strive to improve the market competition of agricultural products. To achieve the goal of high yield, high quality, high efficiency, safety and ecological development of modern agriculture.

Fully implement basic security construction. In order to protect and enhance agricultural productivity and ensure green and high-quality production, we need to grasp five basic links: building standard farmland, supporting water conservancy facilities and soil quality conservation measures; building technical system, optimizing farming system and efficient utilization measures of resources; building seedling system, introducing and breeding with equal emphasis and integrating and promoting excellent varieties; building management system, implementing green management and control. Standardization and intelligent operation; strengthening risk prevention and control, strengthening pest management and disaster prevention and mitigation measures.

As far as the green revitalization of agriculture is concerned, it is undoubtedly necessary to enhance the guarantee ability of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship. In this regard, we should fully tap the genetic potential of animals and plants, focus on deepening the breeding of new varieties; fully improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural resources and promote the effective combination of agricultural machinery and agronomy; give full play to the role of rural clean sites, integrated promotion of cleaner production technology; give full play to the role of green standardization, improve traceability and monitoring technology; and fully apply the benchmark method of agricultural environment. Establish a reasonable accounting evaluation system.

Explore the mode of eco-circular agriculture. At present, 700 million tons of crop straw and 3.8 billion tons of aquaculture waste are produced annually. If they are not recycled effectively, they will become a huge source of pollution. If they are recycled effectively, they will be able to obtain huge potential agricultural production resources. Agricultural development should be shifted from the single pursuit of economic benefits to the goal of giving consideration to both economy and ecology as soon as possible, and efforts should be made to explore and construct the development model of ecological circular agriculture with different characteristics.

Its emphasis includes four aspects: optimizing cropping system, such as corn and soybean rotation system, which is beneficial to both production and cultivation of soil fertility; optimizing the combination of agriculture and animal husbandry; implementing effective absorption and matching of cropping in livestock breeding areas, which not only guarantees cropping production, but also facilitates nutrient transformation and utilization; optimizing crop straw and cultivation; optimizing crop-fungus coupling in order to cultivate crop straw + farming industry. Optimizing the combination of waste materials, effectively developing efficient edible fungus industry, producing fungus protein and enriching food supply; optimizing the integration of agriculture and grass, and implementing grass cultivation in orchards and tea gardens can not only prevent and control soil erosion, protect the ecological environment, but also develop grass industry in agricultural areas, increase farmers'income, and then build a new model of resource-saving and environment-friendly green agriculture development, and create a new model. Mechanisms have achieved new results. We will promote green production of high-quality products. Pay attention to the application of advanced information technology, optimize the construction and improvement of agricultural production standardization system, focusing on the implementation of green production process prevention and control.
