On October 11, the first 5G Forum on Intelligent Agricultural Development was held in Hohhot International Agricultural Expo Park, co-sponsored by People's Network, Hohhot Municipal People's Government and Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department, and co-sponsored by People's Video and Inner Mongolia Branch of People's Network.
Yaping, Vice-Director of the Population, Resources and Environment Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, Li Bingrong, Vice-Chairman of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Xu Zhengzhong, Vice-Chairman of People's Daily, Xie Guoming, Member of the 13th National People's Congress Social Construction Committee and former Vice-Editor of People's Daily, Zhou Chunjie, Standing Committee and Vice-Minister of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Autono Leaders and guests such as Xu Hongzhi, director of the Health and Health Commission, attended the forum.
Many well-known domestic experts gathered at the International Agricultural Exposition Park to explore the way of future agricultural development, jointly study and build the model of "quality agriculture, green agriculture, brand agriculture, innovative development", explore the deep integration path of big data and traditional agricultural industry, and promote the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture, rural progress and farmers'all-round development. With the wide application of modern information technology, especially under the background of 5G accelerating commercial use, smart agriculture will not only change the traditional mode of production, but also reshape the sales, logistics, services, supervision and other links of agricultural products. It can be said that smart agriculture is the only way to develop modern agriculture and is the second choice. Developing smart agriculture in cultivation can greatly reduce the intensity of manual labor, get rid of labor-intensive dependence, make the main body pay more attention to market-oriented production, individualized production, precision production, enhance the tightness of production, supply and marketing, and provide more accurate and scientific services before, during and after childbirth. With the maturity of smart agriculture, agriculture will become a high-tech industry and farmers. It will become a high-threshold occupation, and rural areas will become a highly difficult industry. Xu Zhengzhong, Deputy editor-in-chief of People's Daily, said that smart agriculture is related to the "vegetable basket" of the Chinese people, the future of Chinese agriculture and the realization of two hundred-year goals and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. As a listed company, People's Network will not only increase the propaganda of smart agriculture, but also give full play to the advantages of capital platform, increase the investment of funds, help the research and development of science and technology, promote the improvement of ecology, and promote the innovation of mode, hoping to jointly meet the more intelligent and efficient development of the 5G era.
