UAE and Italy establish oil and gas company

Ali & Sons offshore engineering plant (asmef) is a company dedicated to the ocean and oil and gas industry in the UAE, cooperating with Rosetti Marino group, an Italian general contractor in the global oil and gas industry. It recently established a new UAE company in the name of Rosetti Ali & Sons. Both companies are committed to increasing the acquisition and execution of potential onshore and offshore oil and gas EPC projects, as well as improving their market coverage and capabilities. The newly established Rosetti Ali & Sons company is considered as a platform to realize this collective vision, while injecting economic value into the UAE. The recently finalized agreement was signed by Shamis dahri, managing director of Ali & Sons holding group, and Stefano silvestroni, chairman of Rosetti Marino group. "With asmef's extensive capabilities and infrastructure, Rosetti Marino's more than a century of experience and a globally recognized reputation for reliability, the establishment of Rosetti Ali & Sons is seen as the right decision to form key players in the UAE market," said Shamis dahli.
