Nippon and Siemens sign strategic agreement on Intelligent Manufacturing
On September 17, in Shanghai, Nippon Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nippon") and Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Siemens") signed a strategic agreement on Intelligent Manufacturing (industry 4.0) at the site of China International Industrial Expo 2019. The two sides will further cooperate in the construction of digital chemical plants and intelligent chemical plants in the industrial coating industry. At the same time, the cooperation will strengthen the strategic partnership between Nippon and Siemens in the fields of electrification, automation and digitalization. The signing of smart manufacturing (industry 4) strategic agreement between Nippon and SIEMENS smart manufacturing (industry 4) has become a clear direction of China 's industrial development. As a global innovative enterprise, Siemens has rich products, systems, services and experience in electrification, automation and digitalization.
