Net reduction of coal consumption by 1.53 million tons in 2020

Recently, the office of the people's Government of Dezhou City, Shandong Province issued the "Dezhou coal consumption reduction work plan (2019-2020)", proposing that the city's coal consumption will be reduced by 1.53 million tons in 2020. In terms of key work, we will accelerate the elimination of low efficiency boilers, promote clean heating in winter, continue to increase the area of centralized heating and distributed clean heating, significantly reduce the amount of coal in rural areas, and realize clean heating in winter. In addition to new energy and renewable energy, in 2019-2020, the city promoted the use of other energy or other forms of alternative traditional coal consumption totaled 2.6263 million tons. In terms of promoting clean and efficient utilization of coal, optimize the power generation combination of coal-fired units, promote energy saving and consumption reduction of heating in winter, formulate and issue detailed plans for industrial waste heat and new energy heating in the city, promote the reform of heating system, increase the heating load of large capacity and efficient units, and complete the transformation of 8 million square meters of waste heat and new energy heating of large capacity and efficient units in 5 years. Encourage the development of large-scale direct supply of natural gas, and promote key industrial enterprises and industrial parks to realize direct supply of natural gas. At the same time, advanced processing technologies such as briquette and high-efficiency pulverized coal are popularized and applied to realize the utilization of coal in different quality and classification.
