In 2019, the land supply of 300 cities in China increased slightly year on year, the supply of first tier and second tier cities increased, and the supply and demand of third tier and fourth tier cities declined year on year. In terms of cities, in 2019, the land supply and demand of first tier cities increased year on year, the total amount of transfer fees increased, and the average price fell. Among them, the total amount of land collection in Shenzhen increased by more than half year on year. The land auction policy of the second tier cities has been continuously improved. The land supply and transaction area have increased compared with 2018. The collection and average price have increased year on year, the premium rate has changed little, and the overall land market has remained stable.

 

In the third and fourth tier cities, the area of land supply has shrunk year on year, and the demand of hot cities has overflowed; in terms of transaction volume, the price has declined and the premium rate has declined by two percentage points. According to the analysis of China Academy of technology, in 2019, key cities will continue to increase the supply of rental housing, shared property housing, and guarantee the supply of housing land, so as to ensure the supply of just needed housing land.
