Metronidazole

It has a strong antibacterial effect on most anaerobic bacteria, including Bacteroides fragilis and other Bacteroides, Fusobacterium, Clostridium perfringens, Eubacterium, Veillonella, Peptococcus and Peptostreptococcus, etc. It can inhibit the redox reaction of amoeba and break the nitrogen chain of protozoa. It has a strong effect of killing trichomonas.

Metronidazole Sodium Chloride Injection
The main ingredient of this product is: metronidazole.

Metronidazole

Metronidazole has a strong antibacterial effect on most anaerobic bacteria, but has no effect on aerobic bacteria and facultative anaerobes. The antibacterial spectrum includes Bacteroides fragilis and other Bacteroides, Fusobacterium, Clostridium perfringens, Eubacterium, Veillonella, Peptococcus and Peptostreptococcus. Actinomycetes, Lactobacillus and Propionibacterium are resistant to this product. Its bactericidal concentration is slightly higher than the inhibitory concentration. This product can also inhibit the redox reaction of amoeba and break the nitrogen chain of the protozoa. In vitro tests have shown that when the drug concentration is 1-2 mg/L, the histolytica can undergo morphological changes in 6-20 hours and all are killed within 24 hours. When the concentration is 0.2 mg/L, the histolytica can be killed within 72 hours. This product has a strong effect of killing trichomonas, and its mechanism is unknown. It has a carcinogenic effect on some animals.

Penicillin Potassium for Injection
The main ingredient of this product is penicillin potassium, and its chemical name is (2S,5R,6R)-3,3-dimethyl-6-(2-phenylacetylamino)-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid potassium salt.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Penicillin G potassium salt

Penicillin has good antibacterial effect on hemolytic streptococci and other streptococci, Streptococcus pneumoniae and non-penicillinase-producing staphylococci. It has moderate antibacterial effect on enterococci. Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Neisseria meningitidis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Bacillus anthracis, Actinomyces bovis, Streptobacillus candida, Listeria monocytogenes, Leptospira and Treponema pallidum are sensitive to this product. This product also has certain antibacterial activity against Haemophilus influenzae and Bordetella pertussis, and other Gram-negative aerobic or facultative anaerobic bacteria are less sensitive to this product. This product has good antibacterial effect on Clostridium, Peptostreptococcus anaerobic bacteria and melanin-producing Bacteroides, but has poor antibacterial effect on Bacteroides fragilis. Penicillin exerts its bactericidal effect by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.

Ribomycin Sulfate for Injection
Ribomycin sulfate.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Ribostamycin sulfate

Aminoglycoside antibiotics, with an antibacterial spectrum similar to that of kanamycin but weaker, have good antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus and other Enterobacteriaceae, and also have good effects on some Staphylococci (methicillin-sensitive strains), Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Neisseria meningitidis, have weak effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Streptococcus, and have no effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and anaerobic bacteria. Mainly binds to the 30S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, and has lower toxicity than kanamycin.
