Compound Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection
Function and Efficacy
Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate has a strong affinity for liver steroid metabolism enzymes, thereby hindering the inactivation of cortisol and aldosterone. After use, it shows obvious corticosteroid-like effects, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and protective membrane structure; there are no obvious corticosteroid-like side effects. This product can promote bile pigment metabolism, reduce the release of ALT and AST; induce gamma-IFN and interleukin II, increase NK cell activity and OKT1/OKT8 ratio and activate the reticuloendothelial system; inhibit mast cell release of histamine; inhibit the formation of cell membrane phospholipase A2 (PL-A2) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and granulomatous reaction; inhibit the production and formation of free radicals and lipid peroxides, reduce the activity of proline hydroxylase; regulate calcium ion channels, protect lysosomal membranes and mitochondria, reduce cell damage and necrosis; promote epithelial cells to produce mucopolysaccharides. Cysteine hydrochloride can be converted into methionine in the body. It is an essential amino acid that can synthesize choline and creatine in the human body. Choline is an anti-fatty liver substance that has therapeutic and liver-protective effects on toxic hepatitis caused by arsenic, barbiturates, carbon tetrachloride and other organic substances, and methionine.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, and its components are: each 1 ml contains 1.8-2.2 mg of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate (C42H65NO16?2H2O), 1.45-1.75 mg of L-cysteine hydrochloride (C3H7NO2S?HCl?H2O), and 18.0-22.0 mg of aminoacetic acid (C2H5NO2).
