Ketoprofen capsules

This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.

The main ingredients of this product and their chemical names are: The main ingredient of this product is ketoprofen, and its chemical name is ?-methyl-3-benzoyl-phenylacetic acid.

This product is an enteric-coated capsule containing white powder.

Used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, migraine, headache, dysmenorrhea, and toothache.

Oral administration: Adults, 50 mg once, 3 times a day.

1. A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, gastric burning sensation or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, and elevated transaminase; 2. Rarely, skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, and bronchospasm may occur.

1. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 2. It is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women; 3. It is contraindicated for asthma patients who are allergic to aspirin.

Precautions for children: Not clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: When the elderly use this product, the plasma protein binding rate and drug excretion rate may be reduced, resulting in increased blood drug concentration and prolonged half-life, so attention should be paid to dosage adjustment.

1. When this product is taken simultaneously with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, it may increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and may cause ulcers; 2. When this product is used simultaneously with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it may lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency; 3. When used together with furosemide (furanosemid), the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; this product may reduce the antihypertensive effect of antihypertensive drugs; 4. This product may increase the blood concentration of digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, so it should not be taken together; 5.
