Glucose supplies heat. Lactate ions can correct metabolic acidosis and allow potassium ions to enter cells from blood and extracellular fluid. When the amount of circulating blood and tissue fluid in the body decreases, this product can be used as a supplement and adjuster for tissue fluid, which has a corrective effect on electrolyte disorders and acidosis.

Appearance
This product is a colorless or slightly yellow clear liquid.
Indication
It is used to regulate body fluid, electrolyte and acid-base balance. It is used to supplement extracellular fluid. It is used in cases of metabolic acidosis or dehydration with a tendency to metabolic acidosis and the need for calorie supplementation.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous drip for adults: 500ml~1000ml per time, which can be increased or decreased appropriately according to age, weight and symptoms. Administration speed: 300~500ml per hour for adults.
Adverse Reactions
When large amounts of drugs are administered rapidly, water and sodium retention may occur, causing edema, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, and even acute left heart failure.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with lactic acidemia, hyperkalemia, oliguria, Addison's disease, severe burns, hyperazotemia and diabetes.
Drug Interactions
When used in combination with other drugs, pay attention to the incompatibility of drugs (such as macrolide antibiotics, alkaloids, sulfonamides) due to changes in pH and ionic strength. Because this product contains calcium ions, it will produce precipitation when mixed with blood containing sodium citrate. It may produce precipitation when mixed with phosphate ions and carbonate ions.
