1. Pharmacology Cinnarizine in this product is a calcium channel antagonist, which can prevent calcium influx into the smooth muscle of the vascular wall, causing vasodilation and improving cerebral circulation and coronary circulation, especially having a certain selective effect on cerebral blood vessels. This product can also inhibit phosphodiesterase, block cAMP concentration, inhibit the release of various biomass such as histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, bradykinin, and also inhibit the activation of complement C4. Panax notoginseng total saponins have the effects of dilating coronary arteries, slowing heart rate, reducing myocardial oxygen, lowering blood pressure, stopping bleeding, inhibiting platelet aggregation, anti-inflammatory, and hypoxia tolerance. The exact function of vitamin E is still unknown. It is an antioxidant and can combine with selenium in the diet to prevent polyunsaturated fatty acids in membranes and other cell structures from free radical damage: protect red blood cells from hemolysis, protect nerves and muscles from oxygen free radical damage: maintain the normal development and function of nerves and muscles. Vitamin B6 may also be a cofactor for certain enzyme systems.

Oral administration: One tablet at a time, twice a day.

A small number of patients experience adverse reactions such as dry mouth, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, and stomach discomfort after taking the medication. The symptoms may disappear on their own by reducing the dosage or continuing the medication. Depression and extrapyramidal reactions are occasionally seen.
