Compound Amino Acid Injection (17AA-Ⅰ)

It contains essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids at a ratio (E/N) of 1:2.5, and has the functions of promoting normal protein metabolism in the human body, correcting negative nitrogen balance, supplementing protein, and accelerating wound healing. This product has a low concentration and can avoid complications that may be caused by rapid intravenous nutrition for patients with hyponutritional hypoproteinemia.

This product is a compound preparation, a sterile aqueous solution prepared from 17 kinds of amino acids and sorbitol. Its components (1000ml)

Used for severe amino acid deficiency caused by surgery, severe trauma, extensive burns, and hypoproteinemia caused by various diseases.

Central venous cannulation or intravenous drip. 250-1000 ml per day; the drip rate for adults is 40 drops per minute, and the drip rate for children, the elderly and seriously ill patients should be slower. The dose should be increased or decreased according to age, condition and weight.

Too fast an infusion rate may cause facial flushing, sweating, nausea, vomiting, headache and shortness of breath, and may lead to thrombophlebitis. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction may develop hyperazotemia and elevated plasma urea nitrogen.
