Recombinant human epidermal growth factor solution for external use (Ⅰ)
Function and Efficacy
Chemotaxis: Promote epithelial cells (epidermal cells, mucosal cells, endothelial cells), neutrophils, fibroblasts and other cells to migrate to the wound surface, provide a basis for tissue regeneration and repair, and shorten the wound healing time. Proliferation effect: ① Act on cell growth regulatory genes: Promote RNA and DNA replication and protein synthesis: ② Regulate cell glycolysis and Ca2 concentration. ③ Promote wound cell re-epithelialization and accelerate wound healing. Reconstruction effect: ① Promote the synthesis of extracellular matrix (hyaluronic acid, fibronectin, collagen, glycoprotein and hydroxyproline, etc.). ② Regulate the degradation and renewal of collagen and enhance the tensile strength of the wound surface. ③ Improve the complete regeneration and continuity of epithelial cells, prevent and reduce scar formation, and improve the quality of wound repair.
Ingredients
Main ingredients: The active ingredient is recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF), with 10% glycerol and 1.0% mannitol as protective agents.

Indication
① Treatment of difficult-to-heal wounds, such as foot and boot ulcers, diabetic ulcers, bedsores, sinus tracts, anal and perineal wounds, and other difficult-to-heal wounds. ② Treatment of wound healing disorders, such as wound infection, wound fat liquefaction, excessive wound tension, postoperative use of glucocorticoids, chemotherapy drugs, combined hypoproteinemia, anemia, and major organ dysfunction. ③ Prevention and reduction of surgical scars.
Usage and Dosage
After routine debridement, spray the wound surface evenly with this product once a day; about 4000IU/10*10CM2 (about 200IUrhEGF per spray), and then make corresponding treatment according to the condition of the wound.
Adverse Reactions
No serious adverse reactions have been observed.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with a history of allergy to natural and recombinant hEGF, glycerol, and mannitol.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not yet clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: hEGF is found in the milk of lactating mothers and the saliva and urine of infants. It is not clear whether topical administration of recombinant hEGF to the body surface has potential harm to the fetus and infants. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
