Function and Efficacy
This product is a third-generation quinolone broad-spectrum antibacterial drug, and its mechanism of action is to inhibit bacterial DNA helicase. This product has antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and some anaerobic bacteria. There is no cross-resistance between this product and other types of antibacterial drugs. This product has high antibacterial activity against Enterobacteriaceae such as Escherichia coli, Shigella, Klebsiella, Proteus, Enterobacter, etc.; influenza bacillus, gonococci, etc. are also highly sensitive to this product; it also has certain antibacterial effects on Pseudomonas such as Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus, pneumococcus, hemolytic streptococci, etc.

Appearance
Sugar-coated tablets. After removing the sugar coating, the tablets appear off-white.
Indication
Suitable for the following infections caused by sensitive bacteria: 1. Respiratory tract infections: acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis with infection, acute bronchitis, pneumonia, etc. 2. Urinary and reproductive system infections: acute cystitis, acute pyelonephritis, complicated urinary tract infection, acute exacerbation of chronic urinary tract infection, acute and chronic prostatitis, simple gonorrhea, etc. 3. Infections of the abdominal biliary tract, intestines, typhoid fever, etc. 4. Skin and soft tissue infections. 5. Other infections, such as sinusitis, otitis media, blepharitis, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Oral: 0.6g per day, divided into 2 doses; for severe cases, the dose can be increased to 0.8g per day, divided into 2 doses. 1 Simple urinary tract infection: 0.4g per dose, once a day. 2 Simple gonorrhea: 0.6g per day, divided into 2 doses, or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Some patients may experience upper and middle abdominal discomfort, poor appetite, nausea, dry mouth, mild headache, dizziness and other symptoms. Occasionally, they may experience allergic reactions such as rash and itchy skin, palpitations, chest tightness, etc., and occasionally, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase may be elevated.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to this product or other fluoroquinolones are contraindicated.
