Terbinafine Hydrochloride Cream

This product is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug. Its mechanism of action is to selectively inhibit squalene epoxidase, which is necessary for fungal synthesis and reproduction, thereby achieving the dual effects of killing and inhibiting fungi.

The main ingredient of this product is terbinafine hydrochloride.

This product is a white to off-white cream

Used to treat tinea manuum, tinea pedis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor and skin candidiasis, etc.

For external use, apply to the affected area twice a day and rub gently for a while. The course of treatment is 1 to 2 weeks.

Occasionally allergic reaction or local irritation

Contraindicated in patients allergic to terbinafine or any of the agents in the emulsion.

Precautions for children: There is limited experience with topical use of this product in children, so it is not recommended for use. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Animal studies have shown that this product has no adverse effects on the fetus, but it has not been verified by controlled trials in pregnant women, so it is not recommended for use by pregnant women unless the benefits far outweigh the risks. Terbinafine can be excreted in breast milk, although the amount is very small, but women who use this product should stop breastfeeding their babies.
