Description
Glutamic acid is an acidic amino acid. The molecule contains two carboxyl groups, the chemical name is alpha amino acid. Glutamate is in inferior cable found in 1856, is a colorless crystal, flavor, slightly soluble in water, but soluble in hydrochloric acid solution, the isoelectric point of 3.22. A large number of grains are found in cereals, and more in animal brains.
