DescriptionErythritol, white crystal, slightly sweet, 0.65 relative sweetness, refreshing feeling, low heat, heat is about 1/10 sucrose. Soluble in water (25, 37% C). Because of low solubility, easy crystallization. For organic synthesis and biochemical studies. The wheat and maize starch was safe and appropriate edible osmophilic yeast such as monilial yeast (Moniliella pllinis), Candida lipolytica (Candida lipolytica) or trichisporon (Tricho sporonoides megachilensis) at high concentration (>450g/L) by enzymatic fermentation, fermentation liquid by heating and sterilizing and then filtering with ion exchange resin and activated carbon and ultrafiltration purification, crystallization, washing and drying.
